Sub-processors
To deliver the Oneserve platform, we engage a small number of trusted third parties who may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf. This page lists them, what they do, and where they process data.
What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party organisation that Oneserve engages to assist in delivering the Oneserve platform and may, in doing so, process Personal Data belonging to our customers. Oneserve remains responsible for the acts and omissions of each sub-processor, and we only appoint sub-processors that provide sufficient guarantees to meet the requirements of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This page is published in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, under which our customers give Oneserve prior, general authorisation to appoint and replace sub-processors, and which set out how we notify customers of changes.
